The mounted female beetle was collected in flight in Ölüdeniz environs (N36°52′ E29°13′; Fethiye district, Muğla Province, Turkey) on May 6, 2017.
The living male beetle was collected on the host plant, knapweed Centaurea hyalolepis, in Akrotiri (South Cyprus).
