Stictoleptura (Cribroleptura) stragulata, a species distributed in Iberian Peninsula and South France, has been described from Portugal as Leptura stragulata by Ernst Friedrich Germar in 1823 [▽].

Body length:7 - 15 mm
Life cycle:2 years
Adults in:June - August
Host plant:known from cluster pine (Pinus pinaster), probably also in other conifers
Distribution:Iberian Peninsula up to Pyrenees, SW France


The depicted beetles were collected in Peña Blanca environs (La Puebla de Valverde, Gúdar-Javalambre comarca, Teruel province, Aragon, South Spain) on July 15, 2021.
