Agapanthia dahli walteri, an Irano-Anatolian taxon occuring in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Iran, and Turkey, has been described from Armenia as Agapanthia Walteri
by Edmund Reitter in 1898 [▽]. Maxim Lazarev this taxon downgraded to a subspecific level (A. dahli walteri, Reitter, 1898) in 2013 [❖].
According to Martin Rejzek et al. [✧] in Turkey Agapanthia dahli walteri develops in Cirsium sp. (Asteraceae).
